Live-In Innkeeper for Elegant B&B near Asheville, NC
The Bromfield Inn is a beautiful and historic 6 guest room Inn in downtown Brevard, NC. Live-in position starting May 1, 2025. Seasonal to December 1, 2025. Could be extended. Must be a team player but independent. Great communication skills. Exceptional hospitality. Work closely with and assisting the offsite, hands-on Owner. Must have 3 years of breakfast cooking/baking/serving experience, specifically in the bed & breakfast industry. Responsibilities to include: i) making and serving delicious homemade breakfasts and pastries daily (we have a pre-approved recipes – just need to follow them); ii) meal planning and shopping; iii) tours, check-ins and check-outs; iv) tidy and laundry and light housekeeping; v) stocking items/refrigerators/flowers; vi) overall maintaining the Inn’s daily high standards. We also have an Afternoon Tea component that I would like to implement but not necessary. There is NO marketing, social media, emails, texting, reservations, invoicing, payments, phone calls, on-site maintenance (yard, plumbing) required.
