Before becoming a professional Realtor, Carol was a 20 year corporate marketing director, 12 year Cape Cod innkeeper/chef and career change consultant. Carol and her husband Tom transformed their Cape Cod Inn in every aspect and attained both financial and critical success winning the coveted national Inn of the Year award, the first of many accolades, in their third year of operation. Marco, with his partner, Angelo, owned the Candleberry Inn on Cape Cod. Ranked #1 Inn in the US and #30 hotel worldwide in 2024 by Travel + Leisure, and #1 in the US and top 5 in the world as Best Bed & Breakfast / Inn by TripAdvisor in 2024, 2023, and 2022, among other recognition, shows his expertise in delivering the ultimate guest accommodations and experience. Continuous attention to elevating the guest experience and offerings during his tenure significantly advanced the inn’s results as proven through its increased occupancy, ADR, financial results, and notable awards.

Prior to innkeeping and brokerage, Marco worked 20+ years in corporate finance and marketing roles in New York City. He began his career in public accounting as an auditor and became a CPA. Marco holds an MBA in marketing and worked on several large global brands.
